Because every health journey is a story.. “Once Upon a…” is a timeless beginning that reminds us that transformation, growth, and connection don’t happen all at once, they unfold, moment by moment. We chose this name to honor the hope, courage, and curiosity that people bring to these journeys. At Wunsupona, we employees begin to write a story they’ll be proud of, one small, meaningful change at a time.
Connections is your all-in-one, fully managed, virtual wellness program that mixes science, storytelling, and real human connection. Expert-led conversations, interactive challenges, fun rewards, fitness classes, and social accountability. All designed to make wellness a benefit your employees will actually use.
Very little. Seriously. We handle all the planning, marketing, and logistics. HR just shares the program internally and cheers employees on while we take care of the rest. Wellness without extra work? That’s our jam.
Not at all. Connections is designed to meet people where they are. Employees can dip in when it fits their schedule and energy, pick the challenges or discussions that spark their interest, and still get real benefits. We’re all about creating moments people want to show up for, not adding pressure or guilt.
We work with companies of all budgets and sizes, but we aren’t a perfect for everyone. If you aren’t looking for something different, or willing to try something new, we probably aren’t going to be a great fit. We also tend to be immersive in what we offer – we provide marketing materials and teaser vids, blueprints for event flow, we may ask to have short conversations with some of your employees to learn how best to engage them, and provide a host of other things that help you bring as many people to an experience as possible. We don’t offer traditional health fairs with rows of tables and vendors handing out pamphlets and pens, or PowerPoint presentations on wellness.
For example, one of our stress workshops is titled Why Gazelles Don’t Emotionally Eat, and while we go through the physiology of stress and hands-on strategies to reduce burnout and stress less, it isn’t a straightforward, 1-hour PowerPoint. We don’t love doing the traditional stuff, and since there are many providers who offer those things, they will likely be a more cost-effective solution for you.
Connections blends the power of behavioral psychology, with story-led conversations, social support, accountability and gamification to make wellness sticky and fun. Employees participate in challenges, earn rewards, and join lively conversations and workshops that actually spark connection. It’s not about forcing habits, it’s about creating moments people want to show up for.
We work with many of the nation’s largest insurers and have a nearly 100% track record of getting our wellness experiences and programs covered by wellness funds.
Connections isn’t for companies looking for a quick, low-cost or check-the-box wellness program. If you aren’t looking for something different, or willing to try something new, we probably aren’t going to be a great fit. We also don’t love doing the traditional stuff, and since there are many providers who offer those things, they will likely be a more cost-effective solution for you.
