Beginner strength/ tabata

Learn how to use everyday objects to start a beginner strength training regiment. Sets will be broken into 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, approx. 4-5 sets. All you need is fitness attire, water, some space and a hand towel (for sweat)!
