Placing Boundaries Before Burning Out
Often, a lack of boundary-setting can drive burnout and decrease your happiness at work. In this session, we’ll explore ways you can politely and respectfully set and maintain boundaries to avoid being overworked, increase your productivity, and find joy in your day.
Amber is a certified Wellness Coach and Breathwork Facilitator, with a Masters degree in Counseling and experience in corporate human resources. She covers many aspects of health, with particular expertise in stress management and anxiety relief.
