The Wunsupona Signature Drinks

The Ginger Refresher

Muddle 4 basil leaves in a glass. Add a scoop of ice, 1/3 cup pineapple juice, and 2/3 cup ginger beer. Add lime juice to taste. Garnish with a pineapple or orange slice.

Pumpkin Pie Mocktail

Blend white cranberry juice with 1 tbsp of pumpkin puree. Rim the glass with vanilla and crushed gram crackers and serve with a garnish of whipped cream on top.

Apple Ginger Fizz

Blend apple cider, lime juice, fresh mint leaves, a pinch of powdered cinnamon and a few drops of apple cider vinegar. Top off with ginger beer or ginger ale. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or mint.

Mulled Mock Wine

Combine 2/3 cup cranberry juice, 1 cup pomegranate juice, 3 cups red grape juice, 1 sliced apple, 1 sliced orange, 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, 4 cinnamon sticks, 4 allspice, 3 cloves and a pinch of ground nutmeg in a saucepan over low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes (longer for more flavor). Add honey for additional sweetness. Garnish with sliced oranges and cinnamon sticks. Serves a bunch of friends and family!

Watermelon Mockjito

Blend 2 cups cubed watermelon, 2 juiced limes, fresh mint and 1-2 tbsp agave or maple syrup (optional). Muddle a few extra leaves of mint with a slice of lime at the bottom of a glass and add the watermelon mixture. Serve over ice and add sparkling water over the top. Garnish with watermelon or lime slices.

Frozen Tropical Mockarita

Blend 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup mango juice, 1/4 cup lime juice, 3 tbsp honey and 1/2 cup frozen mixture of mango, papaya and pineapple. Blend until a thick liquid, then add ice and blend for 10 more seconds. Rim a glass with lime and dip into sea salt to coat the rim then pour the mixture into the glass. Garnish with lime slices.

Blueberry Ginger Spritzer

In a saucepan, combine 2 c water, 3/4 cblueberries, 2 tbsp chopped rosemary. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain mixture, add 1/4 c maple syrup and chill. To serve, add syrup mixture, ginger beer and sparkling water in 1:1:1 ratio. Optional: Add orange bitter to spece it up. Serve over ice.

Greenology Smoothie

In a blender, blend 1 cup fresh spinach, 1/2 a banana, 1/4 cup frozen pineapple, 1/2 cup frozen mango and 1/2 cup cononut water.

Berry Fusion Smoothie

In a blender, blend 1/2 banana, 1/3 cup frozen strawberries, 1 tablespoon oats, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 c low-fat milk (or coconut water).
