Pour 6 ounces of boiling water over 1.5 teaspoons of loose tea. Steep for 4 minutes, or up to 7 minutes if a stronger brew is desired. You can typically steep high quality, loose leaf tea leaves 2 -3 times.

- Green Tea: 175 - 185F
- Black Tea: 206 - 212F
- White Tea: 175 - 185F
- Oolong Tea: 185 - 195F
